Touchpoint

A touchpoint is any meaningful interaction with someone in your network — a message, a call, a coffee, a comment.

A touchpoint is a single point of contact in an ongoing relationship. Spacing touchpoints well — staying present without being a pest — is the core skill of keeping a network warm.

Touchpoints don't have to be asks; the strongest are value-add: a relevant article, a congratulations, a useful intro.

Why it matters

Relationships are maintained by a cadence of touchpoints, not by a single big gesture. Too few and they go cold; too many and you become noise.

Wend tracks your last touchpoint with each person and tells you who's due, so the cadence happens without a spreadsheet.
