Every fact carries its source, and nothing is stored until a person confirms it. AI proposes, you approve, and the inference is logged. When you are accountable for something you did not see happen, the answer to how we know that should be a link.
It stays portable, because roles change
Full export on every plan including Free, gated by two-factor auth: JSON for the graph plus your original files. If you move on, the memory is a file you can hand over or take with you. None of the value is trapped in our account system.

What this is not, so you can rule us out fast
- One graph per account. Wend is solo-private by default, so it is your working memory of your principal's network, not a shared workspace. Shared access with roles and admin controls is a custom arrangement, not something you can buy off the pricing page.
- It reads the Google account you sign in with. Gmail delegate access to your principal's mailbox does not carry over into an API connection, so what Wend sees is the mail in your own account, which for most people in this role is most of it.
- Google only today. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are on the roadmap and not shipped.
- Nothing sends itself. Wend drafts, you press send from your own Gmail, and a copy of anything that goes out lands back in your inbox for the record. That is deliberate: the name on the message is not yours.

Can a chief of staff or EA use Wend on behalf of an executive?
Yes, and that is the shape we built for: you run your own account, and the graph inside it is your working record of your principal's network. Wend reads the Google account you sign in with, including the calendars shared with you, and everything it infers is proposed for your approval before it is stored. What it is not is a shared team workspace; that is a custom arrangement rather than a public plan.
Why does provenance matter more in this role than for the executive?
Because you are accountable for facts you did not personally witness. An executive who misremembers something they were told is wrong about their own conversation. You are relaying somebody else's. Wend links every fact to the email, page, note, or recording it came from, so the record can be checked instead of trusted, and a person confirms every AI-proposed fact before it lands.
Does Wend send email for my principal?
It drafts; you send. Sends go out through your own Gmail, and a copy of every outsider-bound message lands back in your own inbox, so there is always a record. There is no autopilot mode, and we are not planning one for messages that go out under someone else's name.
Can my principal and I share one graph?
Not on the public plans. Wend is solo-private by default, and shared team access is custom and enterprise only. For the common case there is a middle path: a meeting page can share a prepared brief with the people in that meeting without opening up the rest of your graph.
What happens to the work when I change jobs?
You export it. Full export is on every plan including Free, gated by two-factor auth, and it includes the graph as JSON plus the original files you uploaded. Whether that record leaves with you or gets handed to your successor is a conversation with your employer, not a limit we impose.
